Week 2 Results

Week 2 saw the revamped Gulls take on the Tents in the first contest of the night. Garrett Webb put forth a strong 2 goal effort, including one beauty of a snipe from the left circle to help propel the Tents to a 5-1 victory and 2-0 start in 2014. The Mugs looked to keep pace with the Tents’ hot start while facing off with the youthful Masons. The league newcomers were unable to find an answer for the Mugs’ wily and seasoned veterans, especially speedy Lou Gentile who bagged 4 goals in the contest. Overheard on the bench, “I’m just looking to keep pace with Timmy [his brother]," who buried a 4-pack himself in Week 1. For the nightcap the Kings locked down a victory in a 5-2 contest with the Elks.
